Silverlit’s distinctive 3-channel Insecta Grasshopper will fly forwards upon command, using the third channel to provide three modes of movement, combined with proportional throttle for precise control. This innovative insect style chopper incorporates the tried and tested technology of their original micro helicopters, cleverly fabricated as a colourful futuristic flying bug. Featuring a superb injection moulded plastic body with an integral balance adjuster, a flashing red power indicator and switchable green LED strobe light, for special effect. The attractive Insecta Grasshopper gift box includes a fully assembled helicopter supplied ready-to-fly, complete with a pre-installed 3-channel proportional wide beam infrared control system, and an informative flight manual. Suitable for both beginners and enthusiasts, steer the helicopter by simply moving the transmitter joy stick left or right, whilst operating the throttle to take off, hover and land. Stable and fun to fly indoors in a reasonable size room, the Insecta Grasshopper is remarkably robust made of impact resistant rigid plastic. The helicopter incorporates a powerful lithium polymer battery and will fly for up to ten minutes, whilst recharging direct from the transmitter in less than half an hour. The Silverlit infrared choppers are available on bands A, B or C, to allow up to three different models to be flown together.
