GEL PACK HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

WARNING: Never place the scarf in the microwave. Always remove and heat the gel packs separately.
Remove gel packs from the scarf. Spread the gel evenly and heat for 20-30 seconds. Knead the gel from side to side to spread the heat evenly. If the gel pack is not warm enough, microwave it for another 10 seconds. Repeat until the desired temperature is reached. The total time you need depends on the microwave. Please use caution - the gel packs can get very hot! If the gel pack starts to expand stop heating immediately. Always replace the gel packs into the correct enclosure.
